At 7:05 p.m., President Jason Johnson noted that Board members Ross Fife and Clyde Simmons (Treasurer) were present, as well as John O'Connor of Pristine Communities, Inc. He then noted that Board members Sheila Haulter, Al Holowinski, Mark Kramer (Vice President) and Mark Richards were absent, resulting in no quorum; therefore, a board meeting could not be conducted.
In lieu of a board meeting, general discussions were held concerning Town Council agenda items regarding access to and from Crystal Valley and Crystal Crossing (aka Heckendorf Ranch) property being developed south of Plum Creek. The 2003 budget was also discussed.
President Johnson stated that he could represent the board at the Town Council meeting scheduled for November 18. It was determined that President Johnson and Mr. O'Connor would take a telephone survey of the absent board members to confirm their concurrence on the board's position on this matter.
At 7:35 p.m., the meeting ended.
